Admissions at House of Principles

Requirements for House of Principles:
•We will need to know the day you need a bed.
•A total of $685.00 is due upon day of intake
•A minimum deposit of $300.00 is necessary in order to reserve bed space
•This deposit is refundable solely at the discretion of House of Principles
If you end up on our waiting list, it is important to remember to stay in contact with House of Principles, and keep us updated.
A place in House of Principles is given on a first-come, first-serve basis based upon the receipt of the $300.00 deposit.
The prospective resident is responsible for securing a place on our waiting list by arranging payment of the deposit.
Have your family or other support group contact us directly if another party will be sending your deposit.
Remember that rent will be due again your second week at House of Principles, unless you have pre-paid a certain amount of rent in advance.
Please make arrangements to pay rent so that you do not get behind.
Your first weeks rent, paid as a portion of the $685.00 intake, is for your first full week (Sunday to Sunday) at House of Principles.
Any day that you move in after Wednesday will be pro-rated.
House of Principals accepts those recently out of drug and alcohol treatment or those looking to live in a sober environment. Upon execution of a lease agreement, a refundable $300 deposit, in addition to the first and last weeks' rent, is due prior to admission. Weekly rental payments are due every Sunday. Residence at House of Principles is generally nine to twelve months in succession, with a six month minimum commitment.
